Elephant Tears Cake

Ingredients

plain flour (dough)

cocoa powder (dough)

pudding powder vanilla (stuffing)
300 ml
milk (stuffing)
150 g
margarine (stuffing)
150 g
sugar (stuffing)

cocoa powder (stuffing)

banana (stuffing)
200 g
sugar powdered (to top)
2 T
cocoa powder (to top)
100 g
margarine (to top)
3 T
hot water (to top)

Instructions

Dough:

Mix the egg yolks and sugar into a foam and add the flour, cocoa and finally stiffly beaten egg whites. We pour on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake. Then the hot dough put to damp cloth and rolls up. Let cool completely.

Stuffing:

Boil thick pudding and when cool, mix with margarine. Put the half cream on the dough,  to residue add the cocoa powder. Thoroughly mixed and put to the white cream. Put the bananas and carefully rolled up.

Chocolate glaze:

Hot water bath, mix sugar, cocoa, margarine and water and coat the roulade. Roulade let stand in a cool place before serving cut.
