Easy somlói cake

Ingredients

pudding powder vanilla

dark chocolate
100 ml
milk
250 ml
heavy cream

Instructions

Boil 900 ml of milk and sugar. In 100 ml milk Mix the pudding powder and pour into hot milk, cook a thick pudding. We split into two parts, one to add cocoa and 1/2 Rum flavor and thoroughly mixed. The second add the raisins and the rest of the flavoring to taste. In a larger bowl we sprinkle the bottom of ladyfingers biscuits, drizzled with rum aroma and pour the chocolate pudding. Sprinkle another layer of baby biscuits, drizzle with aroma and poured half vanilla pudding and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Thus we proceed. The last layer sprinkle with crushed nuts and pour over chocolate (dark chocolate over steam we mixed with milk) Let cool and place in the fridge for the night. Before serving, decorate with beaten vanilla cream.
