Creamy Raspberry cake

Ingredients

butter biscuits (dough)
100 g
butter (dough)

cream cheese

curd
200 mg
whipping cream

Vanilla sugar

raspberries
100 ml
hot water

gelatin powder

Instructions

We crushed the biscuits and mix with melted butter thoroughly. Cake form loads food foil and presses the dough on the bottom of the tart mold. We'll stand in the refrigerator.

Whisk the whipping cream and vanilla sugar rigid foam. Creamy cheese mixed with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add to creamy cheese the curd and mix thoroughly. Add rigid foam of whipped cream and gently stir.

Gelatin powder dissolved in hot water adds the cream and stirred to a smooth mixture. Pour half of the cream on the body and sprinkle with half of the raspberries. Pour the rest of the cream on top and rest of the raspberries.

Let cake stand in the refrigerator for a few hours then cut.
