Dumplings with eggs

Instructions

Sift flour, add salt and mix. In 300 ml warm water mixed 2 eggs and pour into flour. We make dough with a wooden spoon. Further add enough water to get the soft dough.
Path using wooden spoons forced through Norpro Stainless Steel Spaetzle Maker  in boiling water. Dumplings simmer briefly and then drained. Rinsed noodles with cold water and place in a bowl. Mix it with oil to sticking.
In a pan noodles baking and pour the beaten eggs. Stirring all throughout and bake scrambled eggs.
