Meat with mushrooms
Cut meat into thin slices. Sprinkle to taste with salt, ground black pepper. One of the pack in flour and fry rapidly. We choose meat on a plate and let stand in warm. Diced onion fry in hot oil and add chopped mushrooms. Sprinkle to taste with salt, ground black pepper and with thyme. Reduce temperature and simmer until tender mushrooms. Add the meat and cook until tender. If necessary, pour some water. At the end we can be diluted with fresh cream. Serve with boiled rice.
