Cake with strawberries
Crushes butter biscuits good thoroughly and mix together with soft butter. Form 22 cm lined with foil (or plastic bag) and the biscuit dough thoroughly put the bottom. Refrigerate put.
Mix the whipping cream and the vanilla sugar with hard foam. The cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice of mixing, add the curd and mix smooth. Gently mix in the whipped cream. The gelatin is dissolved in hot water, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream and stirred smooth. The dissolved gelatin and pour the remaining cream mixer is thoroughly mixed.
