Fried Cakes

Ingredients

250 g
plain flour

butter (melted)
1⁄2 t
salt

water

apple

lemon juice

sugar crystal

ground cinnamon

Instructions

Mix the ingredients for the dough and sufficient water to get the elastic dough.  Put into the refrigerator to rest for an hour.

Cleaned and diced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Drizzle with lemon juice. In a pot put 100 ml of water and apples. Bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes. The small amount of water, mix flour, starch and pour the apples. Mix thoroughly and from the heat. Leave to cool thoroughly.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and one rolling. The lower part of the path is filled with apple filling and cover with batter. Using a fork is sealed edges. In a pan fry the dumplings from both sides. Serve hot.
