Molehills Cake

The preparation of cakes:

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix the milk, oil, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Gradually pour in the mixture of flour, baking powder and cocoa. With a hand mixer whisk and dough properly pour into pre-greased and flour spilled form. Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C. Verify with a toothpick. Put on the grid and let it cool.

Preparing the stuffing:

Mix the curd and  heavy cream mix. Add the sugar, lemon zest and dissolved gelatin and nicely connection into a creamy mass.

Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the center of the cake dough, but try not to reach the bottom. You want the bottom to stay about 1 cm thick. Also keep a 5 cm distance from the outer edges of the cake. Place the scooped out dough in another bowl; you will be using this later.

Put the bananas and place them on the bottom. Pour the stuffing over the bananas and use your hands to carefully shape the cake in the form of a hill. Gently sprinkle the remaining dough crumbs on top until you have covered the cream.

 Cake put in the refrigerator overnight. When cool, cut into slices you and serve.
