Recipe for Homemade pancakes

Ingredients

yeast (10 g yeast powder)

flour

Instructions

Mix the eggs with salt and 1 tablespoon sugar. Yeast, 1/2 tablespoons sugar and warm milk will do yeast and let rise for 10-13 minute. Meanwhile sift the flour, add the beaten egg and finally the yeast. Pour milk in small doses to get the thick dough as the "gnocchi". All mix thoroughly and leave to rise for 45-60 minutes.

The pan wipe with little oil and a small fire, baking pancakes on both sides bake until golden.
