Coconut Cake with Fruit

Ingredients

Instructions

Dough:
Mix the eggs and sugar into the foam and add the flour and chopped dried apricots. Pour Plate 20x30 cm with baking paper and bake for 20- 25 minutes. Leave to cool thoroughly, and then cut in half lengthwise.
Cream:
Mix the milk with custard powder and sugar and cook a thick pudding. When custard has cooled, add butter and grated coconut and mix everything thoroughly.
Gelatin:
Water, syrup, sugar, flour and starch flour mix and cook a thick pudding. Shut down and wait until it cools down.

The bottom of the cake then top 2/3 of the cream and put covers the second dough. On the sides and top coat the rest of the cream and garnish with frozen fruit. Pour the lukewarm gelatin and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut slice before serving.
