Description

Bean goulash with pork knuckle

Ingredients

1 kg
pork knuckle
400 g
mottled beans
6
potatoes

spice mix (for goulash)

bouillon cube

Instructions

Put washed pork knuckle into the pressure cooker, pour mottled beans, pour in enough water (or the maximum allowable level in a pressure cooker) and add the spice mix and diced potatoes. Close pressure cooker and let it cook for about 55 minutes. After this time, switch off the gas, and when the pressure is gone, open the cooker.  Cut the meat into large chunks.
Pour the cooked beans with water into another pot, add cooked and chopped knuckle, cut sausage with bouillon cube and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-10 minutes and season with powdered chili or paprika.
