Mix the yeast with powdered sugar and lukewarm milk.  Add the sifted flour and  salt, melted butter, olive oil and pour the fermented yeast. Quickly mix everything and let stand for 10 minutes. Then I put the last tablespoon of olive oil and knead the dough thoroughly. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour to double.
