Plum jam (from the oven)

Ingredients

5000 g
plum
100 g
vinegar

Instructions

Remove the stones of plums, wash and let drain. Divide vinegar and pour into 2 deeper pans. With vinegar sterilized whole roaster and sides and leave the remainder of the baking dish. Plums evenly divide into pans and bake in a hot oven 200 degrees for 1 hour. Then set the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius and bake for about 4 hours or until the plums are tender. If sliding off a wooden spoon jam is ready. Pour into a pot and bring to a boil. Fill clean, dry, sterilized jars and let cool to room temperature. When a skin forms on the jam, jars sealed.
