Strawberry Cake with White Chocolate

Ingredients

butter biscuits
800 g
strawberry
200 g
white chocolate
180 ml
milk
54 g
whipped cream powder
3 T
xylitol
400 g
sour cream
100 ml
hot water
30 g
gelatin powder

Instructions

We take a baking pan with baking paper and put it in the bottom range of butter biscuits. Melt the white chocolate over steam. Whipped cream powdered milk and whisk into xylitol solid foam. Stir sour cream.  Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Wash and dry the strawberries. From the melted chocolate take 1-2 tablespoons and place in hot gelatin, stir well and pour into back and mix well with a blender white chocolate.  Stir the white chocolate with sour cream. Add and finally the whipping cream and stir everything again. Put a thin layer of cream on the biscuit and add densely lay out strawberries. Put remaining white chocolate cream. Beat the baking pan a little in order to have the cream evenly and place in the refrigerator at least 6 hours. Before serving, cut into cubes and garnish with strawberries.
