Stuffed Meat Rolls

Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the 4 hard-boiled eggs, let cool, peel and cut into rings. Bun soaked in warm water. Simmer to lard diced onions. Minced pork seasoning with salt, pepper minced with thyme, with paprika, add the mustard, crushed garlic, then simmered onion, twisted bun, egg and mix everything thoroughly.
