Energy Bars

Ingredients

50 g
dried apricots
50 g
dried plums
70 g
pumpkin seeds (peeled)
30 g
linseed
50 g
oatmeal
50 g
unsalted peanuts
50 g
dark chocolate (min.74% or grated coconut)
100 g
honey

Instructions

Chopped in a food processor with the chopping blade dried fruit, add the peeled pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, oatmeal, peanuts and chocolate (or grated coconut). In a blender, mix thoroughly and add the honey. All mix and put into a baking paper  and create a rectangular shape. Then cut into equal slices and let dry sticks.

Bars can be wrapped and coarsely chopped peanuts, walnuts, etc..
