Description

Poppy Seeds and Cherry kremeš

Ingredients

500 g
puff pastry
1440 ml
cherry compote
100 g
ground poppy seed
8 T
semolina
2 pk
whipped cream powder
300 ml
milk
3 T
xylitol
 
sugar powdered

Instructions

Divide the pastry into two halves, each part thinly rolled, pierced with a fork and let bake in a hot oven. After baking, let it cool down one of the Sliced and dice.

Preparation of cherry filling:

Mix the cherry compote juice with ground poppy seeds and to cook. Add to  semolina and for small flame, stirring constantly, cook the thick pulp. Mix pitted cherries with thick filling and placed the one dough is the bottom. Leave to cool.

Preparation of whipped foam

Milk, xylitol and cream in powder whisk until stiff foam and then top the cherry cream. Diced dough put on whipped cream and put it in the cold for a few hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
