Grilled Chicken Strips with Vegetables

Ingredients

500 g
chicken breast (filets)
200 g
mushrooms
5
radish
300 g
broccoli
5 clv
garlic
150 g
green beans
 
salt
 
ground black pepper
 
thyme
 
olive oil
 
chili sauce
 
arugula

Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into strips, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Cut into mushrooms small pieces and fry in a skillet in a small amount of oil, add chopped garlic sauté moment together. Season the mushrooms to taste with salt, ground black pepper and thyme. Broccoli and green beans cook and drain. Radish cut into small pieces and add to mushrooms. Stir in broccoli and green beans simmer together for a few minutes. Finally, add chicken breasts and large fire bake a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with arugula and  chili sauce.
