Cheesecake with Strawberries


200 g
butter biscuits
100 g
400 g
Mascarpone cheese
250 g
low fat curd
200 ml
whipping cream
4 T
sweetener (xylitol)

Vanilla sugar (or vanilla aroma)
lemon juice

100 ml
hot water
20 g
gelatin powder
almond flakes
dark chocolate


Crushed biscuits and pour melted margarine. Mix everything thoroughly. Take into spring form with foil (or plastic bag) and put into the biscuit dough the bottom.

Beat of whipping cream and vanilla sugar the hard foam. Mix mascarpone with sweetener and lemon juice. Add the low fat curd and mix. Add the hard foam cream and mix. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1-2 tbsp. the mascarpone cream and stir smooth paste. Pour the gelatin cream into rest of the cream as well stir hand mixer. Mix cream with cleaned and sliced ​​strawberries and pour into the biscuit finished cream.  Decorate cake with strawberries and toasted almonds and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.

 Tip: Apply the half cream of the biscuits and sprinkle with filings chocolate, so it the cake will be even more delicious.
